Les Bouyssières is a traditional, cosy, slate roofed house with attractive stone walls and original wooden beams and staircase.

It sits in its own unenclosed gardens of flowers, fruit trees, lawns and grass land and is set in an area dotted with similar small stone-built farmhouses amongst working farms producing such crops as wheat, maize and tobacco and raising ducks and geese.

All around are superb views of the cliffs and wooded slopes of the Dordogne valley. A short walk down through the village takes you to the pebbly beach of the river Dordogne.

A party of 6 or 7 can expand into the attached studio, sleeping an additional 1 or 2 people. The studio comprises a further air-conditioned twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and wc, and its own private access.

A broadband internet connection provides unlimited access to the web.

Pets not accepted. No smoking please.
